Each round is a trick-taking contest: whoever plays the highest card gets to choose the fruit to keep first, while the others settle for what they want (but often not without retaliation). Last? 🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Serve the best hand to earn the tastiest fruit.
In this card game of trick-taking and ingredient collection , each round involves a series of tricks (six, or five if there are five players). Each player plays a fruit card, and the player with the highest card gets the first chance to collect one of the ingredients played.
2. Draft the fruit, but be careful with low blows.
After each hand, players, in order of strength, draft a card from the deck. The player with the lowest card also gets a Plum token , which can be worth points or used for special actions. Each chosen card goes into the personal ingredient display case to create winning cakes.
3. Activate special actions to steal or defend.
Some ingredients allow you to steal cards from other players or call upon the guard dog to protect your fruit. These abilities add direct interaction and make every hand unpredictable, even in a seemingly simple game.
4. Build your perfect blend of ingredients.
The goal is to create the best fruit combination at the end of three rounds. Some combinations are worth more points, while others provide strategic advantages. It's a trick-taking and set-collecting board game , where every choice—even when you lose—can be beneficial in the long run.
5. Whoever makes the most delicious (and clever) cakes wins.
At the end of the three rounds, the points awarded for the combinations of ingredients in your display case are added up. Whoever has the highest total wins. Pies is a fast-paced, fun, and surprisingly tactical board game , with a perfect mix of luck, strategy, and sweet pranks.

Each round consists of six tricks , in which players play fruit cards to try to collect the best ingredients . Whoever plays the highest card chooses first, but whoever comes last gets a Plum card , which can mess things up.
