How it works
Each FrogTogether game has a minimum number of participants and a closing date . If we reach the target by that date, the game is confirmed and ordered. If we don't reach the target, you'll receive a full refund via the same payment method.

- 2. Complete your order as usual. Payment is immediate and guarantees your place in the group.
- 3. At the deadline we check that the target has been achieved.
- 4. Confirmation or refund. If the group closes, confirm; if it doesn't close, full refund.

- The game is confirmed .
- Your order becomes an official pre-order .
- We will keep you updated on arrival and shipping.
- Upon delivery, the normal right of withdrawal applies.

- Get a full refund with no penalties.

💰 Essential information about the price
The price shown on the FrogTogether page is not a "discounted" price or an arbitrary value. It is the actual cost a private customer would have incurred purchasing that game from a crowdfunding platform (e.g., Kickstarter or Gamefound), including:
- the cost of the game as sold to the private backer;
- international shipping charges applied to individual customers;
- VAT and customs duties are due upon arrival in Italy.
In short: the FrogTogether price reflects the final cost a private individual would have paid purchasing the same game independently, but without endless waits, logistical risks, and hidden costs.
Consumer protection
FrogTogether complies with Italian and European regulations on online sales:

- Full refund in case of non-confirmation ✔️
The right of withdrawal applies only after the product has been delivered , as required by the Consumer Code. However, FroGames always allows you to voluntarily cancel your order before shipping, with a full refund of the amount paid.
FroGames never applies penalties or withholdings.
