1. Play a patient with unexplained powers
Each player takes on the role of a mental hospital inmate , forced to distinguish between reality and delusion as they harness supernatural abilities to attempt their escape.
2. Explore the modular map
The board consists of asylum rooms and outdoor areas , which expand during the game, revealing secrets, objectives, and new threats. Each scenario brings with it a unique story.
3. Survive the monstrous staff
The “ Warden timer ” sets the pace of the game as mutant nurses and doctors hunt you down. The cooldown system requires careful management of your powers to avoid being overwhelmed.
4. Fight, craft and upgrade
The gameplay is more streamlined and dynamic: you can fight, collect scrap, and craft new weapons to increase your chances of surviving the asylum hordes.
5. Experience narrative scenarios or sandbox mode
Each game can follow a chapter of the campaign with narrative continuity , or the Sandbox mode for ever-changing and endless games. The goal: survive long enough to escape the nightmare.

Lobotomy 2: Manhunt is a cooperative survival horror board game for 1–5 players , with games lasting 60 to 120 minutes.
Compared to the first chapter, it introduces internal and external modular maps , a crafting system to improve weapons and equipment, and a strong narrative component with scenarios connected by a continuity of story .
The heart of the game remains tension: the cooldown system and the Guardian timer push players to move, take risks, and make quick decisions. It's an ideal title for those who love atmospheric, themed games , with an experience that constantly swings between madness and survival.
