In Fromage, you're a French cheesemaker in the early 1900s, busy producing, aging, and selling your artisanal cheeses to gain prestige throughout France. Every choice matters: managing your creamery , aging times, and delivering to the right markets determine who will become the true cheese master.
The heart of the game is simultaneous worker placement with a brilliant rotating wheel mechanic: after placing your workers, the board rotates, maturing your cheeses and offering you new areas of action. A strategic dance of planning and timing, where you must anticipate not only your own moves but also those of your opponents.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
Manage your own fromagerie. Each player takes on the role of an early 20th-century French cheesemaker, ready to transform milk and resources into prestigious artisanal cheeses.
Place your workers. Simultaneously with the other players, you decide where to send your workers to produce cheese or gather resources on the quadrant of the board in front of you.
Rotate the board. Once everyone has placed their workers, the board rotates: the cheeses produced age automatically, and each player finds themselves with a new quadrant to use on their next turn.
Sell at markets. Your aged cheeses can be sold at four different locations, earning you prestige points and strengthening your creamery's reputation.
Expand and improve production. Upgrade your fromagerie to optimize management, obtain more resources, and maximize prestige points, until you become the most famous cheesemaker in France.

A gourmet management game with an elegant aftertaste
Created by Matthew O'Malley and Ben Rosset , Fromage is a strategic board game for 1-4 players set in the early twentieth-century French countryside.
Each turn you'll use simultaneous worker placement to gather resources and produce cheese, but the real genius is the rotating board : at the end of the round, the dairy rotates, the cheese ages, and the area in which you can act changes.
You'll be able to invest to improve your production, fulfill contracts with prestigious cities, and seek the perfect balance between quantity and quality.
With mechanics like rondels, chaining, majorities, and contracts , Fromage offers an accessible yet deep strategic challenge. All in a compact 30-45 minute format that's as satisfying as a well-served cheese selection.
