Feya's Swamp is the reimplementation of Kaivai by Helge Ostertag — co-designer of Terra Mystica — together with Anselm Ostertag. Every system of the original game has been optimized and redesigned by Fractal Juegos, with evocative illustrations by Mihajlo Dimitrievski.
You lead a clan of swamp dwellers. Fish among the changing waters, build villages on hexagonal islands, explore abandoned temples to awaken sleeping deities. Character selection at the beginning of the round decides everything: those who go first navigate more but build at a high cost, those who go later build economically but move little.
Four rounds, three phases each. Feya's Swamp is punishing, dense, and clean at the same time — an eurogame that rewards those who read the map and ignore distractions.
