📌 Tournament structure

• Tournament is free and open to all.
• Play Bold pre-emption in case of limited seats.
• The tournament takes place in rounds , with a live final (day and time agreed by the finalists together with FroGames).
• The name of the tournament is always FroGames Arena ; the game changes with each edition and is not repeated in two consecutive tournaments.
• Tournament start date (first round date and time) officially announced by FroGames.

📝 Registrations

• Registration procedures will be communicated from time to time on the FroGames Telegram group.
• The tournament will only take place if at least 20 participants have registered by the date and time indicated by FroGames.
• Registrants are accepted in chronological order of date and time , until places are filled.
• If the maximum limit is exceeded, Play Bold members have the right of first refusal and can move up the ranks.
• If the minimum threshold is not reached, the tournament may be postponed or canceled at FroGames' discretion.

🎁 Freebies

• The winner receives a free game , chosen from a selection provided by FroGames.
• The bonus increases with your subscriptions, up to a maximum value of approximately €70 off the full FroGames price (excluding current offers and discounts).
• Free shipping of the gift via InPost Locker throughout Italy.
• The winner must communicate their choice of game within 3 days of winning ; otherwise the giveaway will be cancelled.
• Once you have chosen the game, it is not possible to change it .
• If a title is out of stock, FroGames may replace it with another of equal value.
• Shipping within 7 working days from confirmation of choice.

📦 Shipping and freebie limits

• The gift is sent only once via InPost Locker .
• In case of damage caused by the courier , the gift will not be replaced .
• In case of loss of the package or non-delivery (expired locker, recipient untraceable, etc.), the gift will not be resent .
• If the address indicated by the winner is incorrect or incomplete , the shipment cannot be repeated .
• Any delays by the courier do not give the right to replacement or complaints.
• The freebie is shipped as is , with no returns or exchanges . In the event of manufacturing defects , FroGames will do everything possible to assist the winner.
