The plague arrives in Messina
In Messina 1347, players take on the role of noble families who, to escape the epidemic, abandon the city and take refuge in the countryside. Their task is not only to survive, but also to save their inhabitants, contain the contagion, and prepare to dominate the neighborhoods once the plague has subsided.
Escape and Rescue
During your turns, you move your meeples through the city's various districts, gathering resources and saving citizens. But every move carries risks: areas may be infected, and you'll have to face the threat of the plague to take action.
Management of the refuge in the countryside
Rescued villagers are welcomed into your rural settlement, where you can assign them to production spaces or specific tasks. There, they generate resources, points, and bonuses, transforming the temporary refuge into a true center of power.
Fighting the epidemic
