🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. From childhood to adolescence
In Coming of Age, you experience nine turns that represent your growing years. You start as a child with few interests and plenty of parental support. Then, as you unlock new areas and emotional tracks, you build your personality, trying to transform experiences and dreams into vital experience points.
2. Explore and choose where to go
At the start of your turn, you roll your dice: each result indicates a possible location to visit, such as home, school, or a pizzeria. You choose one, while the others become unfulfilled wishes that generate frustration... but which, if fulfilled, will bring you personal satisfaction and extra rewards in the future.
3. Experiences that shape mood
Each location you visit offers bonuses that move the markers on your mood tracks. These tracks represent different aspects of your personality and offer immediate or permanent benefits, but also risk frustration if not managed wisely.
4. Friendships, memories and traits
Along the way, you'll befriend various characters, accumulate memories that allow you to alter your moods, and develop permanent character traits. Each unlocked trait provides experience points and opens up the ability to mimic other players' traits, making each game immersive and interactive.
5. The race to achieve
The game ends after nine turns, when you've completed all stages of growth. Vital experience points gained from memories, friendships, traits, goals, and managing frustrations are counted. The player with the most experience is considered the best prepared for adulthood.

Coming of Age is a strategic board game for 1-4 players , perfect for those seeking a deep and intense narrative experience. Each player traverses nine years of life, exploring locations in the city, collecting memories, and developing their own personality traits.
The structure is based on dice management and mood tracks , with simultaneous choices and long-term consequences. Emotions move along five personal tracks, modifying bonuses and penalties based on the events experienced.
The goal? Collect as many Life Experience Points (VEP) as possible, building a personality consistent with your traits and achieving unique goals.
It includes a solo mode with a robot (Rob Bot), modular components, and a city map that expands as you grow. A deep, language-independent title, suitable for those who enjoy narrative games alone or in small groups, with a high and rewarding complexity.

We admit it: Coming of Age captivated us from the first glance. The unique and personal theme is intertwined with deep and original mechanics. The use of dice is never banal, but reflects the limits and possibilities of each year of life.
We're deeply intrigued by the evolution of mood tracks, the construction of personality traits, and the management of frustration as a strategic and narrative element. It's a board game for demanding solitaire players , for those who love to reflect, plan, and be drawn into a story about growth, dreams, and failures.
While we wait to try it, we can already say that it's a title worth checking out: for its originality, its depth, and the thrill it delivers even just by reading the rules.
