Each game is a mix of horror and dark comedy , where day serves as preparation and night tests your choices. Unforeseen events, shifting threats, and the need to cooperate make every turn tense. Sheep are unforgiving: they may seem funny, but behind their bleating lies the end of the world.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Become a Courageous Shepherd
Each player takes on the role of a Shepherd , a mercenary called to protect human caravans from the mutant flocks of sheep that have nearly wiped out humanity.
2. Prepare the day to survive the night
The game alternates between day and night phases : during the day the Shepherds equip themselves, plan, and upgrade their skills; at night comes the relentless assault of the monstrous sheep.
3. Schedule concurrent shifts
Players make decisions simultaneously , facing random events that add chaos and surprises, as they try to keep the caravans safe along their journey.
4. Power up your character
During the game you can buy equipment, level up and obtain powerful curses , sacrificing some of your humanity to better face the sheep horde.
5. The winner is the one who saves the caravans.
The game ends when the caravans reach the next city: if even one holds out until the end, the Shepherds' group wins. If all are destroyed... the world belongs to the sheep. 🐑🔪

In The Sheep , night falls, and the bleating turns into screams. Mutations, horrors, and dark laughter blend together in an experience that's simultaneously horror and parody , cooperation and chaos. You are a mercenary Shepherd, not a hero, and your task is simple: keep the traveling caravans alive. Except that every night brings new monsters, curses, and absurd choices.
A game that mixes grotesque comedy, tension and strategy , and that manages to make a nightmare… surprisingly fun.
A Kickstarter co-op outside the box
The Sheep is a cooperative horror-comedy board game for 2–4 players , with games lasting approximately 120 minutes.
Each player takes on the role of a Shepherd with unique abilities and development paths , called upon to defend caravans from hordes of mutant sheep. The game alternates daytime phases , dedicated to training, equipping, and preparing, with nighttime phases , where animals transform into monsters with ever-changing powers and immunities.
Thanks to random events, mutations, curses and a system that changes every game, The Sheep offers extremely high replayability , positioning itself as a strategic and thematic game perfect for groups looking for something original and engaging.

The real gem of The Sheep is its mix: crazy comedy and real tension .
By day, you plan, gather resources, and upgrade your character. At night, the board fills with mutated beasts advancing on the caravans. Every sheep is different, with weaknesses to exploit and immunities to fear. Decisions are never trivial: do you risk a curse to stop a horde? Do you invest everything in a devastating weapon, or do you team up to resist?
It's a tight cooperative , where laughter and swearing intertwine at every turn, and where the real enemy is thinking that the night will be easy.
