Design the trails of the Rocky Mountains
In Alpine Trails, you're tasked with designing a national park's trail network, creating routes that traverse diverse habitats, skirt waterfalls, and reach spectacular lakes. Every decision is a balance between pristine nature and space for exploration.
Drawing and placing tiles
Each turn, all players draw two random tiles and place them simultaneously in their personal park. These tiles can expand paths, introduce new habitats, or add key features like waterfalls and campsites.
Building memorable journeys
Points are earned by creating long, continuous trails that take visitors on a captivating journey through nature. The placement of the tiles is crucial: a clever choice can transform a simple trail into a hiking masterpiece.
Habitat and wildlife
Large areas of contiguous habitats earn extra points, as do spaces left open for alpine fauna. Each park becomes a puzzle in which nature conservation intertwines with the construction of a harmonious hiking system.

Alpine Trails is a family board game for 1 to 5 players that combines tile placement and trail building in an intuitive and strategic way.
Each player builds their own map by placing 2 tiles at a time, trying to maximize points through long paths, contiguous habitats, well-placed campsites, surrounded waterfalls and respected fauna .
With a short duration (20-30 minutes), simple rules but continuous optimization possibilities , it is perfect for those who love relaxing but not banal games, also ideal for solitaire play.
The minimal aesthetic and naturalistic theme also make it a great choice for introducing new players to the world of modern board games.
