We followed a gameplay video, and it felt like we were watching an interactive movie, but experienced at the table. The narrative choices were never trivial: each investigation was tainted by moral decisions , and the atmosphere was palpable, with characters who weren't just pawns but true protagonists.
What struck us was the game's ability to make New Orleans a living, breathing city , amidst neon lights, smoke, and voodoo rituals. This isn't your typical detective story: here, the tension doesn't end with the case, but lingers long after the game.
