🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. The emergency call.
The game begins with the alarm going off: a building is on fire and the firefighters must respond. The players ideally don their uniforms and form a team: the fate of the civilians depends on them.
2. Two modes for two levels of challenge.
Basic mode offers an immediate introduction to cooperative gameplay: you must save seven victims before the flames become uncontrollable. Expert mode, on the other hand, introduces more realistic rules such as flashover, combustible materials, and difficulty levels that scale from "novice" to "heroic."
3. Heartbeat-timed actions.
Each turn, players have action points to spend: they can move, transport victims, put out fires, or use special vehicles. The flames, however, don't stay put: they spread to other rooms, destroy walls, and can block escape routes.
4. A race against collapse.
The double-sided board depicts different buildings ready to collapse under the force of fire. Any structural damage brings the team closer to defeat: if the building collapses or four civilians don't survive, the mission is lost.
5. The victory of courage.
The game ends when the seventh civilian is rescued: then the players win together. Flash Point: Fire Rescue 2nd Edition is not an individual challenge but a test of coordination, readiness, and sacrifice.

In Flash Point: Fire Rescue – 2nd Edition, you're part of a special team called upon to do the impossible: enter a burning building and rescue survivors . Each turn is a race against the flames: put out a blaze, break down a door, lift a wounded person and drag them out while the roof creaks overhead.
There's no room for the lone hero: only with cooperation can your team hope to win. And even when you think you have the situation under control... the flames always find a way to come back stronger.

Flash Point: Fire Rescue – 2nd Edition is a cooperative board game published by Indie Boards & Cards, designed for 2-6 players and with games lasting approximately 45 minutes. Each player controls a firefighter with unique special abilities , and the group must work together to put out the flames, contain the collapse, and save at least 7 victims before the building collapses.

We played it… with the fire alarm actually going off 🐸
During a themed evening, someone accidentally set off the oven alarm… and it was the perfect backdrop for Flash Point . We found ourselves running from room to room on the board, arguing about whether it was better to break through a wall or drag a wounded man , and yelling “fire!” every other turn.
It's the kind of game that makes you feel part of a team: if you save a victim, it's thanks to the others; if you make a wrong move, everyone pays . By the end of the game, we were sweating as if we'd put out a real fire... but ready for another mission.
