In Looot – Vikings' Spoils, your goal is one: to become the most feared Jarl in the North . But swinging an axe isn't enough: victory is achieved through strategy, resource management, and a keen eye for the right combos to place in your village.
Each turn, you alternate between placing tiles on two boards : the shared map, where you launch rockets and capture new tiles, and your own personal board, where you construct buildings and optimize routes for victory points. A perfect blend of management board games and tile placement, with simple rules but surprising tactical depth.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Position your Vikings to plunder wisely
Each turn, you place one of your meeples on the modular board. Each position allows you to collect different resources: wood, gold, sheep, weapons... but also to obtain special loot if you place Vikings next to key buildings.
2. Conquer towers, castles and houses by placing them strategically
Some loot is earned by creating specific formations: two Vikings next to a tower will net you the Tower token, four in a row near a castle will net you a Castle, while Houses are earned through well-thought-out placements.
3. Collect Ship tiles to multiply your points
During the game, you can acquire Longships, which are Viking ships with multipliers for specific resources. If you manage to collect the right resources, these multipliers activate and earn you more points. Otherwise... they might penalize you.
4. Use your bonus powers at the right time
Each player has three special one-time actions: an extra placement, an additional meeple, and a double action. Using them wisely gives you a decisive tactical advantage over your opponents.
5. The winner is the one who has collected the most loot and used the multipliers best.
Once all the meeples have been placed, the points are tallied: resources collected, buildings conquered, and ships activated. Whoever optimized their placement and built the most effective combos… takes the spoils and Viking glory!

Looot – The Vikings’ Spoils is a family strategy board game , localized into Italian by Ghenos Games, in which 2-4 players compete to collect resources, complete buildings and achieve victory.
The central mechanics revolve around a double board : a common one, where tiles are collected through a worker placement system, and a personal one, where each player builds their own Nordic settlement.
With games lasting around 35 minutes, Looot manages to offer a fast but rewarding gaming experience , where optimizing tile combos makes the difference.
The evocative illustrations and the light but engaging Viking theme make it suitable for the whole family , but also interesting for experienced gamers looking for a filler but intelligent title.

It's the classic game that brings out the optimizer in you: "If I take this tile, it will fit perfectly into my village row..."
In 35 minutes you feel like you've built something of your own, with real choices and a pinch of healthy competition.
And then the Viking feel is spot on: you don't need axes to feel like a true conqueror . All it takes is a good combo.
