🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Lead your space agency in the race to colonize the moon
In Shackleton Base , each player controls an agency developing a lunar base. You'll choose the shuttle you'll arrive in, plan your actions, and help build modules essential for survival.
2. Choose a shuttle and make the most of your agents
At the start of the round, you select a shuttle, which determines your starting resources and the type of agents (scientists, engineers, technicians) available. Each agent has specific actions: knowing how to position them is key to maximizing your opportunities .
3. Build modules, activate structures and collect resources
During the central phase of the game, you place your agents on buildings on the board to activate actions: construction, research, resource gathering, repairs, or project advancement. Each module offers different advantages and can influence the final score.
4. Corporations define special rules and unique goals
Each game includes three active corporations , which offer unique actions, upgrades, and alternative ways to earn points. This creates strong replayability and requires constant adaptation to the in-game combination.
5. After three rounds, points are counted for built modules, completed projects and leftover resources
At the end of the game, your score is calculated based on activated buildings, resources, achieved objectives, and the conditions provided by the corporations. Those who optimize their choices turn after turn will shape the future of the Moon .
