Cozy Stickerville

Corey Konieczka and Unexpected Games present Cozy Stickerville, a cooperative, sticker-based legacy game where you build your dream village stress-free, coming out in 2026.

If you thought Corey Konieczka was only synonymous with epic space battles and intergalactic betrayal (*Twilight Imperium*, *Battlestar Galactica*), prepare to be surprised. With his studio Unexpected Games , the renowned designer has unveiled Cozy Stickerville , a title that promises to revolutionize the concept of legacy gaming with a decidedly more relaxed and creative approach.

A Legacy Without Barriers

Cozy Stickerville calls itself a "legacy game without barriers." Unlike traditional titles in the genre, which are often intimidating due to their complexity or destruction, this game focuses on accessibility and creativity. The goal is to build and nurture a village through a cooperative campaign spanning 10 sessions , representing 10 years of the village's history.

Build with Stickers

The mechanical heart of the game lies in the use of stickers . The box contains over 800 of them, which players will use to physically customize the game board. Each building, tree, or decoration added becomes a permanent part of the map, transforming the game into a true visual diary of the group's choices. There are no defeat conditions: the focus is entirely on exploration, narrative, and positive "vibes," recalling the atmosphere of beloved video games like *Stardew Valley* or *Animal Crossing*.

Replayability and Release

One of the most interesting innovations concerns longevity. Legacy games often run out of steam after the first campaign. Cozy Stickerville , however, features a double-sided board that allows you to play a second full campaign once the first is completed, bringing the total experience to around 20 sessions. The game is scheduled for release in February 2026 , distributed by Asmodee.
