FroGames — Moments You'll Remember
The dark Middle Ages call. Four warriors from distant realms must answer destiny's call and join forces — before the world falls.
What it's about
Four Dark Ages warriors. New abilities, same war.
The Dark Ages Heroes is a hero pack that adds four new playable characters to the Bad Karmas saga. Four warriors from distant medieval realms, each with a distinct fighting style — and a shared destiny that compels them to unite against the Zodiacs.
The Sorceress manipulates the four elements by changing Stance at the beginning of her turn: each stance amplifies different effects, offensive or supportive. The Warrior carries a massive shield and accumulates Parry conditions which, when lost due to a boss attack, transform into Counter attacks with her axe. The Ranger, a master of bow and sword, uses ranged attacks to strike the boss's most vulnerable sides and his sword in melee to weaken him. The Monk — a wandering and often tipsy figure, exiled for his heretical theories — possesses arcane powers that he knows how to use when it truly matters.
All four miniatures are smart: RFID chips and a magnet in the base, instantly recognized by the Teburu Board. Campaign data is stored in the app and updated in real-time — portable from one table to another without losing progression.
From the game experience
The Warrior doesn't dodge — she absorbs. Every boss attack that breaks her Parry becomes a Counter. The more the boss hits her, the more dangerous she becomes. She's the character who changes strategy when things go south.
The secret of the Dark Ages in a nutshell
The Sorceress with the wrong Stance is almost useless. With the right one, she can turn a fight around by herself. Choosing the right Stance at the start of the turn, without knowing what the boss will do, is the most tactical decision in the game.
From the game experience
The four warriors
Sorceress, Warrior, Ranger, Monk — four styles, one war
Sorceress
Manipulates the four elements by choosing her Stance at the start of the turn. Each stance completely changes the type of effects available — support or offense. Her cat gets nervous when she uses the Water Stance.
Warrior
Huge shield and axe. Many of her actions generate the Parry condition: when the boss breaks it with an attack, it transforms into a Counter — an immediate axe attack. The more the boss hits her, the more dangerous she becomes.
Ranger
Master of bow and sword. At range, arrows exploit the boss's exposed sides shown by the LED Ring. In melee, the sword weakens the boss directly. Two ways to play — both lethal at the right moment.
Monk
A wandering monk, often tipsy, exiled for his heretical theories about the return of the Zodiacs. No one listened to him — but he was right. His arcane powers reveal themselves when someone is truly needed to break the rules.
The Middle Ages didn't prepare them for this. But they are still the best the world has to offer.
