Room Share – Rent rooms, match roommates, maximize savings

InRoom ShareYou're a real estate agent who has to match the perfect tenants in apartment rooms... but with one ironclad rule:maximum 3 people per roomIf there are only 4 of you, the landlord notices and everyone gets evicted! The goal is to create combinations of roommates that guaranteethe greatest savingspossible compared to other players.

How to play – in 5 points

1) Present the rooms to the guests

Each round, you'll have the opportunity to match roommates to different available rooms. Consider which matches offer the greatest savings potential.

2) Enter tenants into rooms

Add a client to a room by choosing the most convenient location for you. Each room can accommodateup to three people: manage space carefully.

3) Avoid the “overbooking” disaster

When a room reaches 4 people, it's instantly evicted: everyone out, and you've lost that combination. One wrong move can ruin a perfectly good room.

4) Optimize savings

Every well-composed trio generates a savings value. The more balanced a room is with respect to the customer's criteria, the more points you get. This is where the strategic part comes in: choosingWhoput together andWhenclose a room of 3.

5) Finish the game and determine the best intermediary

At the end of the game, the savings from the completed rooms are added together. The player who created the most wins.most profitable triosand collected the highest total.
