Qomet redefines territorial control through a dynamic "Slide & Push" mechanic. It's not just about occupying a space, but defending it from your opponent's kinetic force. The board is a grid of 25 interconnected nodes where every star can become a projectile.
The goal is geometrically simple: form a square with four of your stars. However, the execution is fiendish. When you move a star to an occupied space, you don't stop: you push the occupier to the next space. If that space is outside the board, the opponent's piece is returned to its reserve, destroying their strategy in an instant.
Square Lens
The first player to form a square of four stars wins. A pure shape that requires complex planning.
Game Physics
Moving onto an occupied square activates the push. You can move enemy pieces to break up their formations.
Expulsion
Pushing a piece off the grid returns it to its owner. A devastating time advantage.
