Set di 300 carte da gioco più 1 foglio regole che si mescola nel core set di *Legendary: A DC Deck-Building Game*. Aggiunge nuovi Eroi che ampliano i gruppi Titans e Justice League Dark, con Raven e John Constantine, e nuovi Villain e Mastermind — tra cui Trigon e The Upside-Down Man.
Il foglio regole introduce regole estese e nuove keyword: la descrizione dell'editore cita gli Elementi, i patti oscuri (dark bargains) e l'Eldritch Blast come nuove meccaniche e interazioni tra carte. Come nel base, si può collaborare o giocare gli uni contro gli altri. Carte con arte originale dedicata.
