Cat Burglars is a family board game of cards and bluffing: you lead a crew of burglar cats on a mission to the museum to get their paws on the legendary Golden Balls of Yarn . Too bad everyone else has the same idea.
It's light, mean, and full of "I read your face" moments: you build your team, get the action going, and try to secure the loot... while someone tries to infiltrate and steal everything from you in a real cat move.
Each turn you do only one thing, but choose wisely: recruit new cats, form a crew, activate it, try to secure loot, or infiltrate opposing crews to steal yarn balls before they're secured.
Larger crews are more reliable at grabbing the loot, but they take time, so you have to balance growth and opportunism. And then there are the traps : the spice of the game, because they allow you to mislead and punish those who come in too confident. A quick and interactive card game , perfect for laughs and feline revenge.
If you like fast-paced board games with bluffing , stealing and “clean” low blows, Cat Burglars turns the table into a museum… where you are the safety (when it suits you).
