The FroGames Card
Your friend draws something. You are an Anito who doesn't understand humans. You take the pencil, draw a solution using your bees. He chooses the other person's helicopter. General laughter.
WHAT IT'S ABOUT
When nature spirits try to grant wishes without understanding a word
Designed by Marco De Santos and published by Level 99 Games as part of the Megagame Library, Anito: Wish Granters takes the concept of Filipino nature deities and transforms it into a party game where players portray Anito, benevolent spirits who want to help humans but don't understand their language. The only way to communicate: drawings.
Each round, one player is the supplicant and draws a wish. The others are Anito with specific powers, like bees or toothpaste, and must draw how they would use their domain to solve the problem. The supplicant chooses the best solution and awards points. After three rounds, the player with the most points wins, but the laughter from the impossible interpretations is what truly counts.
What they're saying abroad
"Fulfill dreams by drawing your solutions"
— Level 99 Games
First read, August 2026. The game promises absurd situations: someone draws a problem, you draw a solution with powers that have nothing to do with it. The beauty lies in mutual interpretation, not artistic quality.

Anito: Wish Granters
The Anito's tools
What you use to grant wishes
Wish cards
The supplicant draws and sketches a problem to solve: a move, a ruined party, a noisy neighbor. The others must interpret the drawing.
Domain cards
Each Anito receives a power: bees, toothpaste, fire, rain. You must use THAT power to fulfill the wish. The absurdity is the point.
Drawing sheets
Paper and pencil. The Anito draws the solution using their domain. The supplicant interprets the received drawings and chooses the best one.
Point tokens
The supplicant and chosen Anito earn points. After three rounds, the one with the most points wins, but the journey is more important than the destination.

How to Play
The Flow of Each Round
A fast cycle that repeats three times with changing roles.
The Supplicant draws a card and sketches their problem. The other Anito watch and interpret.
Each Anito receives a domain card indicating their power (bees, fire, rain). Now they draw how they would use that domain to solve the wish.
The Anito show their drawings. The Supplicant watches, interprets, and asks for clarification if needed.
The Supplicant chooses the best solution. They and the chosen Anito earn points. The Supplicant changes and the round begins again.
⏱️Your First GameThe chronicle, moment by moment▼
A game in five moments
What happens at the table
Not the rules. The experience.
Someone becomes human
A player draws a wish card and begins to draw. The others watch and try to understand. Is it a move? A cake? A divorce? The first guesses are always wrong.
The Anito spring into action
Everyone receives a domain: bees, lightning, toothpaste, cats. Now they must draw how they would use that power to solve the problem. There's always someone who freezes with a pencil in hand asking "But what do I do with bees?".
The presentations
The Anito show their drawings one by one. The Supplicant tries to understand. Half of the solutions are technically correct, the other half are creative interpretations of reality.
The impossible choice
The Supplicant must choose the best solution. Someone has really solved the problem. Someone has drawn something poetic. Someone has made everyone laugh. Who to reward? The discussion is worth more than the points.
Roles change
New Supplicant, new wishes, new powers. After three rounds there is an official winner, but no one remembers who. Everyone remembers the drawing of the bees that solved a move.
🐸To Know BeforehandThree honest things, from friends▼
To know beforehand
Three things you need to consider
With 3-4 players, there are few solutions to choose from each turn. The game shines from 5 players upwards, when the variety of interpretations explodes and there is always an absurd solution, a poetic one, and a practical one.
If you draw well, you have a minimal advantage. Creativity in using the power counts, not artistic quality. However, someone who can't even draw a stickman might get stuck: warn the group beforehand.
Like all party games based on creativity, it works if the table is open to the absurd. With shy people or those who take everything seriously, the game falls flat. You need a group that accepts free interpretation.
🏆Victory and DefeatWhat the ending rewards▼
How it ends
How to win
After three rounds, points are counted, but the journey counts more.
Victory
- Whoever has the most points at the end of three rounds wins
- You gain points when you are the supplicant and choose a solution (you and the chosen Anito get points)
- You gain points when you are an Anito and the supplicant chooses your solution
How NOT to earn points
- If you are an Anito and the supplicant does not choose your solution, you get zero that turn
- If you draw something that no one interprets correctly, you will hardly be chosen
- If you don't use the assigned power in the solution, you are technically cheating
Anito: Wish Granters is a party game for those who want to laugh at impossible interpretations and don't care who wins. If your group loves Telestrations or Dixit but wants something faster and more absurd, this is the right game.

Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ about Anito: Wish Granters
Do I need to be good at drawing to play?
No. Creativity in using the assigned power counts, not the quality of the drawing. Stick figures and basic shapes are enough. However, if you really can't draw even a recognizable doodle, you might feel left out: drawing is the only way to communicate in the game.
Does it work well with 3-4 players?
It scales poorly below 5. With fewer players, there are few solutions to choose from each turn, and the game loses variety. From 5 players up, it explodes: each round offers a range of absurd, poetic, and practical interpretations that make the choice difficult and fun.
How long does a game last?
Three rounds in a total of 20-30 minutes. Each round is fast: draw, interpret, choose. There's no downtime because everyone is involved simultaneously as an Anito.
What mechanics does Anito: Wish Granters use?
Interpretive drawing with simultaneous assignment. Each round, one player draws a wish, the others draw solutions using random powers like bees, toothpaste, or lightning. The first player chooses the best. A voting system with shared points between the supplicant and the chosen Anito.
Is it available in Italian?
No, this edition is in English. The game is almost language-independent: the cards have minimal text, and communication happens mainly through drawings. Once you understand the 4 basic rules, you can play without reading anything else.
The people behind the game
Who invented it, who designed it, who publishes it — and what else they've done.
Anito: Wish Granters is an interpretive drawing party game for 3-8 players, with 20-30 minute games for ages 14+. Designed by Marco De Santos and published by Level 99 Games, the game uses simultaneous drawing mechanics: one player draws a wish, the others interpret and draw solutions using random powers like bees, toothpaste, or lightning. The supplicant chooses the best solution and awards points. After three rounds, the player with the most points wins, but absurd and creative interpretations are what truly count. Ideal for groups of 5 or more players who enjoy creative party games like Telestrations or Dixit. Available on FroGames.it.
