🐸 COME SI GIOCA
1. Build your mountain village
Each player has a 3x3 board for placing villagers and a starting farm. During your turn, you can place a villager , activate it to perform its action, or rest to recharge your cards and resources.
2. Collect resources and construct buildings
Villager actions allow you to accumulate resources such as barley, bells, ritual bowls, juniper, or gold . Use these resources to add farms, ovens, or shrines , which provide additional resources or special abilities.
3. Meditate, offer and challenge guardians or spirits
You can undertake Meditation (to compete with others and earn scrolls) or Veneration (offering resources to guardians or spirits). Both actions require resources but yield scroll tokens , the main currency of victory.
4. Use cures, natural events and forest events
Harvesting juniper can trigger forest events with penalties, but also rewards. Additionally, progressing in meditation or ritual actions can activate additional powers or generate extra scrolls.
5. End of game and points calculation
The game ends when all scroll tokens are exhausted. Scoring is calculated: scrolls obtained, bonuses from buildings, penalties from negative omens, and remaining resources. The winner is the player who has brought the most knowledge and prosperity to their village.
