An ancient people facing change
In Altay, you play the leader of one of the four original civilizations, balancing magic, technology, and nature. With the arrival of foreign colonists, you'll have to decide whether to blend your traditions with their innovations or stay true to your roots.
Deck-building and faction identity
Each player starts with a unique deck, reflecting the unique characteristics of their culture. Cards allow them to produce resources, expand the board, fight, defend themselves, or improve their deck management.
Resources and Development
Stone, metal, wood, and knowledge are the pillars of your civilization. With them, you'll build settlements, develop technologies, and purchase new cards to enhance your deck, including the contributions of new settlers.
Control of the territory
The board represents the contested region: different territories offer different resources and advantages. Playing the right cards in relation to the territories you control is essential to maximizing benefits and building a solid dominance.
Triumph of civilization
Victory isn't achieved through military conquest alone, but through a combination of expansion, technological development, and the accomplishment of memorable feats. Only the civilization that leaves the most enduring legacy will be remembered as the dawn of a new era.

Each player leads a population with a unique starting deck , ready to explore, expand, and grow. The board represents a contested territory rich in resources (wood, stone, metal, knowledge), which can be exploited to build, attack, trade, or recruit new cards.
Between advanced cards, permanent “achievements” and moral choices between tradition and progress, Altay offers ever-changing games, with progressive evolution and great replayability .

It has a "big" soul, but with short timeframes and fluid rules. Deck-building is simple yet challenging, the map creates natural interaction without becoming a constant war, and resource management is consistently rewarding.
