Ra and Write reinterprets Reiner Knizia's famous Ra , transforming it into a flip-and-write game. It retains the same artistic and thematic style, but translates the experience into a writing and planning challenge on your own personal board.
Three kingdoms to cross
The game is divided into three rounds, representing the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms. In each period, players advance their civilization by filling spaces on the score sheet, advancing in various areas such as monuments, population, and wealth.
The role of the Ra cards
Each round ends as soon as three Ra cards are revealed. This triggers the scoring for the current kingdom, forcing players to optimize their moves before time runs out.
Planning and adaptation
Each revealed card opens up new possibilities, but also constraints to manage. Knowing how to adapt your path and balance your priorities becomes crucial to maximizing your points and making the most of the opportunities that arise.
