1. Choose your captain and prepare your pirate ship
Each player pilots a pirate ship in a race around the island of Jamaica. They set off from Port Royal with an empty hold and a thirst for loot. The goal of the game: reach the finish line with as much gold as possible... and maybe even come first!
2. Roll the dice and plan the day's actions
Each round, the captain whose turn it is rolls two dice and secretly assigns them to the morning and evening actions. Then, all players, using a card from their hand, activate the two actions in that order: move, load food, gold, or gunpowder.
3. Manage the hold and move strategically
Your ship has limited space for resources. Every move you make can advance the ship, but you must have food to feed your crew or gold to pay to dock at certain ports. If you mismanage your cargo hold, you risk losing valuable cargo.
4. Fight other pirates and loot treasures
When two ships land on the same space, they fight! Use cannons to get a bonus on your die roll. The winner can steal gold, change your opponent's course, or leave him with a nice cursed treasure.
5. The winner is the one with the most gold, not just the one who comes in first.
The race ends when a player crosses the finish line. But be careful: they don't automatically win! The gold collected, the bonuses from the final squares, and the treasures discovered are added together. Whoever has the most wealth, wins!

Welcome to Port Royal, where retired pirates still thirst for glory and an insane desire to compete. In Jamaica , board your ship and take part in the Grand Challenge organized by good old Henry Morgan : a complete tour of the island full of battles, hidden treasures, and daring boardings.
But be careful: it's not enough to arrive first , because in this race what matters most is how many doubloons you have in your trunk .

Each game is a race in which you will have to choose the right card based on the day/night dice rolled by the captain, trying to manage your ship's cargo of gold, food, and gunpowder.
Every move can lead you toward the finish line or off course to a hidden treasure , but watch out for collisions: if you land on another pirate's space, combat begins! And if you forgot your gunpowder... well, raise the white flag.
