In a dystopian yet elegantly competitive future, every choice matters, and every card can either destroy or elevate your empire. In It's a Wonderful World , you win by building increasingly efficient production engines, drawing and choosing from seemingly ordinary cards... until you find the perfect combination.
The game is an asymmetrical card drafting game for 1 to 5 players, combining quick turns with long-term planning. Build structures, plan production, choose what to keep and what to sacrifice: each card is a potential boost for your engine (or your opponent's if you let it go).
Streamlined rules, growing strategic depth, and top-notch visual production . And just when you think you've mastered it... non-destructive legacy campaigns (available in expansions) arrive to push everything even further.

1. Lead an empire in an alternate future and develop it to the fullest
In It's a Wonderful World , each player represents an emerging superpower. Your goal is to build an efficient production engine to expand your empire and beat the competition. It's a strategic game of development and planning .
2. Draft Phase: Choose your cards carefully
Each round begins with a draft phase, where you choose cards from your hand and pass the rest to the next player. The cards represent buildings, projects, and structures that you can build or recycle for immediate resources.
3. Build cards or recycle them to speed up production
Selected cards can be put into construction (paying resources in subsequent rounds) or discarded immediately to gain useful resources. The choice between building or recycling is the heart of the strategy.
4. Chain Production: Gets more powerful each round
The production phase is organized into 5 resource types: each phase gives you what you produce based on what you've already built . If you plan well, you can create production combos that trigger in a chain and give you huge advantages.
5. After 4 rounds, the most efficient (and futuristic) empire wins.
At the end of the fourth production run, the points earned from buildings, combos, and special objectives are added up. The player who built the most effective production engine and was able to anticipate future needs wins.
