Dante and the descent into hell
In Inferno, players become guides for damned souls, ready to be led through the nine circles of Hell. Each correctly placed soul grants infamy points, as Dante inexorably progresses on his journey to Purgatory.
Two phases, two worlds
Each turn alternates between two dimensions: in the Inferno Phase you move a soul along the infernal circles, in the Florence Phase you act in the fourteenth-century city, amidst political intrigues, powerful families and secrets that intertwine with the afterlife.
Intrigues in 14th-century Florence
In the city phase, you can adopt an orphan, build your family's tower, or forge relationships with illustrious figures. You can also choose to expose a sinner, sentencing him to death and gaining influence in the soul registry.
The weight of souls
Every sin exposed and every soul guided into the right circles strengthens your position, but also increases Dante's pace toward the gates of Purgatory. The more souls you send down, the closer you get to the end of the game.
The victory of infamy
When Dante reaches the end of his journey, the game ends. Whoever has accumulated the most infamy points wins, leaving Florence with a cursedly unforgettable reputation.

Inferno is a strategic and narrative board game , with worker placement, resource management and advancement mechanics on multiple tracks , set between Dante's Inferno and 14th-century Florence.
Each game alternates between two distinct phases: in the Inferno Phase, you'll guide souls to the correct circles to earn infamy points; in the Florence Phase , you'll have to act cunningly between adoptions, constructions, and public condemnations.
Author Fernando Eduardo Sánchez has transformed Dante's work into a refined, deep and innovative game engine , with tense management of multipurpose cards and a fast pace until the final descent.
The Italian version by Cranio Creations makes this title a must for those looking for an advanced strategy board game with a strong literary setting .

The atmosphere of Inferno is gut-wrenching, in a good way. Every choice weighs, every soul matters, every move in the city can shift the balance of power.
The game is complex, rich and well-layered , with two souls (one on the Afterlife board, the other on Florence) that blend together perfectly.
It's a title that requires attention and planning , but which rewards with immense satisfaction.
Recommended for the most strategic Froggers, who aren't afraid of descending into the abyss... especially if Dante leads them.
