Behind Gussy Gorillas ' light-hearted exterior lies a sophisticated game engine based on the mechanics of "Simultaneous Action Selection" and "Trading." The technical challenge lies in managing incomplete information: you know the value of your opponents' hands, but you're completely unaware of your own. This turns traditional gameplay on its head, forcing you to deduce the value of your cards based solely on the interest others show in them.
The scoring system rewards pairs and penalizes single or unwanted cards, creating a constant dilemma: accept a risky trade to make a pair or wait for a better offer?
