Glow: Dawn is the first expansion to the celebrated fantasy game illustrated by Vincent Dutrait , introducing new adventurers, new powers, and alternative companions to brave the darkness. More variety, more combinations, and up to six players at the table.
This little visual and strategic treasure chest adds three new companion sets , each with unique rules and mechanics. 🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Add new adventurers and companions
Dawn includes 3 new heroes and 24 companions divided into 3 sets (Elementals, Anifleurs and Draconics). These join the characters from the base game, offering more combinations
2. Extend the rally track and involve up to 6 players
This expansion adds dice and an extension to the main track, allowing games for 1 to 6 players (instead of the classic 2-4), with a richer token extraction mechanism.
3. Expanded Drafts: Choose companions every round
Each turn, you select a new companion from among the brand-new ones, adding unique powers to your team. You need the right combinations of dice and actions to exploit their benefits effectively.
4. Manage tokens and add-ons
The expansion includes seasonal tokens, boat tokens, and new spell tokens that “activate” abilities, as well as band and campsite tokens that enhance Glow ’s signature fare/die/drafting strategy.
5. Win in 8 rounds with more light and diversity
The game structure remains the same: the game lasts 8 days (rounds). The player who has accumulated the most light points at the end, obtained from the achievements of their adventure, wins. With Dawn , the experience becomes more complete, varied, and flexible.

Dawn is the first official expansion for Glow , a board game for 1-6 players known for its evocative aesthetic and mix of dice, strategy, and push your luck .
This German edition introduces new adventurers with unique abilities, along with 3 alternative companion decks that profoundly change the feel of the game.
The new cards open up new combinations and offer greater replayability , as well as the possibility of playing with 5 or 6 people.
Ideal for those who already loved Glow and want to expand the experience without overcomplicating the rules. Interaction remains limited, but the choices become even more meaningful.

Glow fans will find Dawn the breath of fresh air they need after a few games.
It doesn't overturn anything, but it expands everything in the right way : more choices, more variety, more desire to shuffle the deck.
The addition of new characters and decks makes each run feel different, and 5-6 player games maintain a good pace.
An expansion that is not only “more” but also “better” , especially if you are one of those who face it at night with dice and lit lanterns.
