Forget the bedtime stories you were told as a child. In Once Upon a Full Moon , the forest is not an enchanted place, but a labyrinth of terror where every rustle could be the last sound you hear. This is not the story of a helpless little girl carrying baskets to her grandmother, but a brutal fight for survival under the ghostly glow of the full moon.
As a Feature Film for the Final Girl system, this box set transports you to the fairytale and deadly setting of Storybook Woods. You play as Little Red Riding Hood who must evolve from a chosen victim to a ruthless warrior, facing off against the "Big Bad Wolf." The wolf isn't just an animal: it's a relentless force of nature, capable of sniffing you out wherever you hide.
The atmosphere is charged with vibrant gothic tension. The dark colors of the forest mingle with the blood-red of your hood. You'll have to manage your Action cards carefully, deciding whether to save the innocent victims scattered among the trees or use them as bait to buy precious time. Remember: the Final Girl Core Set is required to play.

HUNTING UNDER THE FULL MOON
On a technical level, Once Upon a Full Moon introduces mechanics that enhance the sense of persecution. The Big Bad Wolf has two main modes: "Hunt" and "Slay." His ability to increase his movement speed as his bloodlust grows (Bloodlust) forces the player to meticulously manage time and space.
The set's unique Terror cards play with dark fairy tale tropes, introducing unexpected events that can isolate the Final Girl or suddenly empower the killer. The Final Girl system's signature hand management is enhanced here by the need to constantly move to avoid being cornered on a map with few safe havens.

STRATEGY
Plan your movements to keep the Wolf at bay while you search the woods for improvised weapons.
