1 Each player colonizes the island of Catan by placing settlements and roads near hexes that produce resources such as wood, bricks, grain, wool, and ore.
2 Take turns rolling dice to determine which hexes produce resources, which are collected by those with adjacent settlements.
3 Resources are used to build new roads, settlements or cities and to purchase development cards that offer advantages and points.
4 You can trade resources with other players or on the market, creating temporary alliances or strategic blocks.
5 The first player to reach 10 victory points, obtained through settlements, cities, development cards and special objectives, wins!
