Captain Flip has conquered tables around the world — even making it to the final as Game of the Year (Spiel des Jahres) 2024. Captain Flip: Isla Bomba is the expansion that multiplies its variety, designed by the same authors Remo Conzadori and Paolo Mori with illustrations by Jonathan Aucomte for PlayPunk.
Four new Adventure boards and five new Treasure Maps take you on a journey: equip the submarine, free the crew from prison, plunder the observatory, and chart a course to Isla Bomba. Each board slightly changes the game — sometimes right from setup.
No new rules to learn: you draw a tile, decide whether to flip it, place it, and resolve the effect, exactly as before. Captain Flip: Isla Bomba requires the base game — it's fuel for those who already love this filler, not a starting point.
