🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. A narrative board game for 2 players… that simulates a romantic relationship
In Fog of Love , each player plays a character in a couple. You're not "yourself," but a role created from scratch with personality traits, jobs, dreams, and bizarre habits. A romantic comedy in a box.
2. Create your character and define the relationship
At the start of the game, you choose cards with traits, a past, and secret objectives. Then, with the other player, you decide on the type of relationship: is it love at first sight? Friends with complications? Exes trying again? Every story is unique.
3. Experience a story of difficult choices and absurd situations
The heart of the game is the scenes: small cards that depict couple events, from vacations to crises. Each choice changes emotions, compatibility, and trust. Sometimes choosing "good" for yourself means choosing "bad" for the couple.
4. Secret goals guide your true intentions
Do you really want the relationship to work? Or are you just here to fulfill your own personal dreams? Every player has secret goals that determine what it means to "win." Sometimes you can love... and lose. Or vice versa.
5. In the end, you find out if love has held up (or if everything has broken)
After several chapters of storytelling, traits and choices build the relationship. Compatibility is assessed and goals are revealed. A match can end in a happy marriage, a peaceful separation... or a cosmic disaster. But always with a good story to tell.
