In Hegemony , you don't build kingdoms or explore planets: here, you build the system . A political and economic board game, each player represents a social class with completely different goals, rules, and power. There are no dice to roll: just difficult choices, tense votes, and uncomfortable compromises.
Will you be the State, caught between welfare and deficit? Or will you take the reins of the Corporations, hungry for free markets? Perhaps you will give voice to the Working Class, fighting for rights and services. Or will you choose the most unstable path: that of the Middle Class, forced to survive between two fires. In Hegemony , every role has its own rules , but everyone is bound by the same economic laws. And changing them is part of the game.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Choose a social class and shape your strategy.
In this asymmetrical political-economic board game , each player takes on the role of one of four classes in a fictional nation: Working Class, Middle Class, Capitalist Class, or State . Each faction has unique mechanics, resources, and objectives , tied to its ideological vision and function in the economic system.
2. Manage resources and actions according to your role.
The Working Class controls workers and seeks wages and public services. The Capitalist Class manages businesses and seeks profit. The Middle Class is a hybrid: it has workers and can open small businesses. The State , on the other hand, administers taxes, welfare, education, and healthcare, seeking a balance between the two. It's a strategic and highly thematic board game .
3. Influence the country's policies with strategic votes.
Each class has the right to vote on national policies , such as taxation, the labor market, foreign trade, and healthcare. The decisions made affect the entire economy and can benefit or harm one class. A true game of power and ideology is played out here, made up of compromises, temporary alliances, and games of influence.
4. Use cards for actions, events, and crises.
The game is card-driven : cards allow you to perform economic, social, or political actions, and to react to external events . The Extended Edition also includes the Crisis & Control content, which adds global crises, secret agendas, and new game modes , making the experience even more complex and replayable.
5. He who leads his class to supremacy wins.
Each class earns hegemony points differently, according to their ideological goals. At the end of the game, whoever has earned the most points wins. Hegemony is a deep and immersive expert board game that offers a unique political and social simulation experience, surprisingly true to reality.

The heart of the game is the public policy voting system , which determines how much each class can do, gain, or suffer.
