In the vibrant heart of Day of the Dead , Ofrenda invites you to carefully and emotionally build an altar dedicated to your loved one. It's more than just a board game: it's a delicate journey through memories, where every card is a gesture, every choice is a tribute, every portrait has something to say.
In this competitive (or solo) placement game, you'll have to carefully choose the portraits of your loved ones, place them respectfully, and fulfill their posthumous wishes: who wants to be near their favorite cousin? Who wants to be away from that hated dish? Between daisies, candles, and symbolic objects , every corner of the board comes to life.

1. An altar to remember. A game to celebrate.
In Ofrenda, you're called upon to honor your deceased loved ones by preparing a colorful and harmonious altar, inspired by the Día de los Muertos tradition. Each game is an emotional and strategic challenge: collect portraits, place decorations, and offer gifts to your loved ones... but you can't please everyone.
2. Portraits, wishes and small family dramas.
The heart of the game is managing your personal board , where you'll build your altar by placing your ancestor cards. Each portrait has likes, dislikes, and family relationships to respect. Some want to be close to their favorite cousin, others can't stand certain foods: it's up to you to find the right balance between memory and coexistence.
3. A heartfelt, but ruthless draft.
With each turn, you'll carefully select new cards to add to your altar, but you'll also have to contend with your opponents' choices . The most coveted portraits might slip away at the last second. The strategy lies in planning ahead while never losing sight of what makes the altar a true tribute: emotion.
