In Lure , the winner isn't the one who has the best luck with the dice. The winner is the one who can read their opponents, bluff their choices, and cast their bait at the right time. Every turn is a test of nerves: how many dice do you bet? A few to act first... or a lot to be more precise?
This fast-paced and engaging board game for 2-5 players plunges you into a fishing contest where each card is a fish to be caught, but with special conditions to meet. 🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Catch the fish and prepare the competition
At the start of each round, two or three "fish" cards are revealed in the center of the table. Each card shows the minimum number needed to catch that fish and the victory points it is worth.
2. Secretly bet how many dice you will use
Behind a screen you choose how many and which dice cards (forgoing special or normal dice) to use: fewer dice means going faster, but the higher the risk of making mistakes.
3. Reveal the bets and sort the fish in order
Whoever bets the fewest dice goes first. The dice are rolled, and if the total reaches the fish's required value, you win it. Whoever doesn't gets it goes empty-handed... but gets a free bait.
4. Use special lures and dice wisely
Lures count as modifiers or bonus dice, but must be used strategically: they allow adjustments, extra rolls, or bonus points if used after a capture.
5. The one who gets the most points by fishing well wins.
When the fish in the deck run out, the round ends. Each fish collected is worth points, plus any bonuses from bait. Whoever scores the most points wins.

Lure is a board game for 2-5 players based on secret auctions and dice rolling mechanics, set in the world of sport fishing.
Players compete to capture fish cards with different scores and requirements, but to do so they must decide how many dice to use before starting each round.
Whoever throws the fewest dice goes first , but risks not having enough strength to complete the task.
Games last about 15 minutes, making it perfect as a filler game or as an introduction for new players.
