In The ART Project you are part of the Art Rescue Team : a team that travels the world to recover stolen works and put an end to the White Hand 's plundering. From Japan to Rio, Traveling through Scandinavia, you coordinate quick missions in a tense and cinematic cooperative game , where every choice can be worth a masterpiece saved… or lost.
Each round you draw 2 mission cards , decide the turn order together and use a shared pool of resources : Fuel , weapons , allies , clues . Playing a mission means spending wisely, Collect useful leads and push the team one step closer to the goal. Time is running out: you must save seven works before the quest deck runs out.

A team against cultural crime
In The ART Project , players join an international team fighting the criminal organization The White Hand . Their goal is to recover seven stolen works of art before time runs out.
Missions to tackle together
Each round, players draw two mission cards and, after deciding the order of play, choose one to solve. Missions provide valuable clues, but require the expenditure of common resources such as fuel, weapons, or allies.
Shared resources, crucial decisions
The entire group shares the same resource pool, and every expense affects the entire team. Carefully managing jerrycans for movement, weapons for defense, and collected clues is essential to reaching the end of the campaign.
The pressure of time
The mission deck is the game's countdown timer: if it runs out before seven works have been saved, the team loses. Tension builds round after round, requiring a balance of risk and cooperation.
Collective victory or defeat
There is no individual glory: either the team wins together, managing to stop The White Hand and return the works to the world, or it fails and the artistic beauties remain lost forever.

The ART Project is a cooperative board game for 1-6 players , published in Italy by Mancalamaro, that combines shared resource management, quick missions and constant tension .
Each player receives two mission cards and, together with the others, decides the order of actions: planning, global movements, recovery of works and management of allies, clues and ammunition.
All resources – fuel, clues, weapons, allies – are shared among players , and must be used carefully to overcome each crisis zone.
The goal? Save seven works of art before the quest deck runs out. If you fail, the entire world will lose something eternal.
An intense experience, perfect for close-knit groups , but also excellent solo. A title that's quick to explain but deep to play , with an aesthetic designed by Vincent Dutrait that strikes right at the eyes (and the heart).
We played it, and now every brush looks like a sword 🐸
The ART Project impressed us with its ability to blend theme, tension, and mechanics into a surprisingly cohesive mix .
Each game is a race: few rounds, shared choices, resources in the balance , all seasoned with missions with real escalation.
The cooperative system works very well even with inexperienced players, and communication between members is vital .
We also really appreciated the variety of maps , the small decisions that change everything, and the always clear iconography.
Perfect for those looking for a fast, accessible cooperative game with a real strategic soul , far from the usual fantasy clichés.
