1. Explore the universe as a revolutionary astronomer.
Each player takes on the role of an astronomer in the dark ages , aiming to make scientific discoveries, develop their telescope, and gain prestige. The game is a competitive, thematic Eurogame , where a balance between strategy and risk is key.
2. Select actions through your telescope.
The heart of the turn is choosing one of five main actions , selected by rotating the telescope on the board. As the game progresses, you can evolve these actions , making them more powerful and efficient. An elegant system that rewards planning.
3. Collect planets, star systems, and colored lenses.
During the game, you collect planet cards and star systems to build your celestial atlas. But to make a discovery, you also need to obtain the right colored lenses : a set collection mechanic that guides strategy and paves the way for crucial victory points.
4. Keep an eye on the Inquisition.
An inquisitor may appear at any moment, ready to diminish your fame and hinder your progress. But if you play smart, you can even take advantage of his presence . This adds a dynamic and interactive element to the classic management board game .
