About the product
The same festival, with two more factions
The 5-6 Player Expansion extends Altera — IV Studio's eurogame with dice bag-building and simultaneous worker placement — to up to six players. The rules remain unchanged: you draw dice from the bag, roll them, place them as Emissaries in the city districts, and climb the three Guilds to earn Prestige.
The pressure changes. With six people competing on the same three Reputation tracks, getting first place costs more, and the mechanism that sends the winner back to the bottom of the ranking rotates faster. And since everyone plays at the same time, two more players don't prolong the wait: they prolong the queue in front of the Guilds.

Guilds get crowded
Still three Reputation tracks, but six players crowding them. First place becomes more expensive, and every Emissary placed has a greater impact on the ranking.
Zero added downtime
The game is simultaneous: everyone draws, rolls, and places together. Going from four to six doesn't make anyone wait longer than before.
Timing matters more
Whoever wins a race returns to the bottom of the track. With more rivals, that cycle turns over more often: winning at the wrong time costs you immediately, not three rounds later.
If there are always six at your table, this isn't an addition. It's the missing piece.
