FroGames — Moments You'll Remember
Someone screams "Rasengan!", someone curses because they rolled badly, someone is already eliminated and laughs watching the others slap each other. In the end, nobody remembers who won, but everyone remembers the chaos.
WHAT IT IS ABOUT
A ninja brawl where everyone plays at the same time
Naruto: Ninja Arena was created by the team Antoine Bauza, Ludovic Maublanc, Corentin Lebrat, and Théo Rivière, who took the universe of the world's loudest anime and transformed it into a game where there are no turns. It's the first title of the Roll & Clash system, published by Don't Panic Games in 2021 and brought to Italy by Yas! Games. Set during the Chunin Exams, it pits Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Shikamaru against each other in a frantic arena.
At the table, you roll dice as fast as you can, use the results to activate ninja techniques, and hit opponents to inflict damage, stunning, KOs, or definitive eliminations. Everyone plays simultaneously, without waiting for their turn. The last ninja standing wins. It's simple, violent, and incredibly fast-paced.
What they say abroad
A party game where you scream the names of moves while rolling dice like a maniac.
— FroGames
Chaos incarnate. Perfect for those who hate waiting for others' turns.

Naruto: Ninja Arena
Your ninjas
Four characters, four styles
Naruto
The noisy kid with the Rasengan. Direct and aggressive powers: you roll dice, you hit, you hope it's enough. As simple as the character.
Sasuke
The Sharingan gives you control over the dice. You can manipulate the results, which in a game all about luck is a huge advantage. As long as it works.
Sakura
Defense and support. She can heal herself and withstand blows. In a game where the last one standing wins, surviving is a legitimate strategy.
Shikamaru
Tactical abilities that slow down opponents. Perfect for those who want to disrupt instead of directly attacking. Problematic.
In half an hour, someone will have a table full of dice, someone will have shouted too many times, and someone will have won without knowing how. It always happens with Naruto.
A game in five moments
What happens at the table
Not the rules. The experience.
The calm before the storm
Choose your ninja, read their special abilities, prepare your dice. There's a moment of calm where everyone understands what to do. Then someone says "ready?" and chaos begins.
Everyone rolls simultaneously
No turns. Everyone rolls dice, looks at the results, rerolls them, activates techniques. The table becomes a blender of hands and dice. Someone makes a mistake, someone shouts the names of moves, someone laughs.
The first serious damage
Someone manages to chain enough symbols to activate a powerful attack. Inflict damage, stun an opponent, maybe even eliminate them immediately. Whoever takes the first big hit starts to sweat.
The absurd elimination
A player is eliminated by a ridiculous combo or a series of unlucky rolls. They watch the others and become the official commentator. Laughter increases, tension drops for those who remain.
The last ninja standing
Only one player remains, or two who fight until the last die. The game ends in 15-30 total minutes. Someone immediately asks for a rematch, someone wants to change ninja, someone rubs their hands.
How to play
The flow of every moment
There are no turns. You roll dice when you want, use the results as soon as you can, attack as soon as you have the right symbols.
You roll your dice. You look at the results. If you like them, you set them aside. If not, you reroll them immediately. No one waits.
When you have the right symbols, you activate a ninja technique from your character card. Each technique has a dice cost and an effect (damage, stun, defense).
You hit an opponent. They take damage tokens, which accumulate into wounds, then KO, then final elimination. Whoever is stunned must stop for a few seconds.
Repeat everything until only one ninja is standing. If you are eliminated, you watch the others. The game never stops.
Why it's different from others
Six things Naruto: Ninja Arena does
Total real-time
There are no turns. Everyone plays at the same time, without waiting. This eliminates downtime but creates monumental chaos. If you love order, this game will drive you crazy.
Roll & Clash
The system is simple: you roll dice, use the symbols to activate abilities, hit others. No complicated phases, no long setup. Open the box, read 3 lines, start playing.
Direct elimination
Damage accumulates into wounds, KO, and final eliminations. When you're out, you're out. There's no way to get back in. Whoever is eliminated first becomes a spectator (or sarcastic commentator).
Asymmetric powers
Each ninja has unique techniques. Naruto hits hard, Sasuke manipulates dice, Sakura resists, Shikamaru disrupts. Character choice matters, but not enough to balance luck.
Chaining moves
Some techniques activate in sequence, creating combos. If you can string together 3-4 abilities in a row, you can eliminate an opponent in a few seconds. If not, you waste dice and time.
Guaranteed noise
This game is noisy. People yell the names of techniques, curse about dice, laugh when someone is eliminated. It's not a quiet game. If you have sensitive neighbors, avoid it.
How it ends
How to win and how to be eliminated
The last ninja standing wins. Everyone else is eliminated along the way.
Victory
- You are the only ninja still in play when all others have been eliminated
- You accumulated less damage than others and survived the last clash
- You rolled the right dice at the right time and eliminated everyone before they eliminated you
Elimination
- You accumulate too much damage and go from wounded to KO to permanently eliminated
- You are hit by a devastating combo that takes all your health points in one blow
- You roll poorly for too long and others beat you while you can't activate any techniques
Naruto: Ninja Arena is a 15-30 minute party game where you yell, roll dice, and hit others. It's not deep, it's not balanced, but it's honest about what it wants to be.
Frequently asked questions
FAQ about Naruto: Ninja Arena
Is it as chaotic as it seems?
Yes. Everyone plays simultaneously, no one waits for their turn, dice fly everywhere. If someone at the table has problems with noise or disorder, this game won't work. It's designed for groups that want to make a racket.
How much does luck matter?
A lot. You roll dice for everything: attacking, defending, activating abilities. The ninja's powers help, but if you roll poorly for too long, you lose. It's not a game for those who want total control over their actions.
Does it work with 2 players?
Technically yes, but it loses half its meaning. The beauty of Naruto: Ninja Arena is the chaos of 3-4 players, with more people shouting and fighting. With two, it's just a quick dice duel, nothing special.
Do I need to know the anime to play?
No. The mechanics are independent of the story. If you know Naruto, you'll have more fun shouting "Rasengan!" or "Chidori!", but even without knowing anything about the universe, the game works. It's a party game with ninja faces on it.
Is it available in Italian?
Yes, this Yas! Games edition is completely in Italian: rulebook, character cards, and quick references. The game has very little text, so even versions in other languages would be playable, but this one is localized.
