In Level 99 Company , you and your friends take on the roles of young entrepreneurs ready to build the richest and most influential company in the kingdom. This strategic board game for 1-6 players mixes worker placement and secret dice, making every turn a challenge of cunning and calculation.
With your dice, you will send workers to carry out crucial tasks: but be careful, if multiple players aim for the same space, only the highest die will win! Expand your buildings to increase income, buy new land, build factories, and develop a network of airships to transport goods. Managing resources well and anticipating others' moves will be the key to dominating the market.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Secret planning
Each round begins by choosing, behind your personal screen, how many workers to send and to which areas of the map. The dice represent your ships: the value indicates how many workers they will carry. When both are revealed simultaneously, the tokens are placed on the corresponding areas.
2. Area control
Whoever has the most workers in an area takes control of it and gains the associated special action: acquiring resources, drawing new cards, converting materials, or even increasing production capacity. Shared control is also possible, but exclusive control grants more significant bonuses.
3. Construction and revenue
In the business phase, you can construct buildings from your cards by paying the required resources. Each building remains on your board and generates wealth through the Revenue action: yellow buildings (transactions) generate profits by paying costs, while blue buildings (areas) yield money based on the territories controlled. Extensions enhance existing buildings.
4. Strategic investments
You can spend money to place your workers on Investment Tiles , gaining permanent abilities that expand your gameplay possibilities. These perks can change your planning, discount construction, or boost resource gathering, creating differentiated growth paths.
5. Nine rounds to glory
The game lasts nine rounds. At the end of the last round, additional income is gained from the workers remaining in the areas and from satisfied Sponsor cards. The player with the most Kilogold becomes the "Management King," winning the game.

Company is a strategy game for 1-6 players that brilliantly blends worker placement , hidden dice , and economic engine building . Each round, players secretly choose where to place their dice to determine the available actions, with the tension building as the choices are simultaneously revealed. Only the player with the highest value will be able to perform the action… and the competition is fierce.
Once you've assigned your shares, you move on to developing your company: purchasing factories , expanding into new areas , earning automatic profits , investing in special powers , and building a transport network with airships that radically changes your strategic options. All this in a game divided into 9 quick rounds , with zero downtime and increasing depth.
We saw it:
Hard to explain. Easy to love. Compania is one of those games you don't expect . At first it's confusing: few components, hidden dice, streamlined rules. Then you begin to see the possibilities multiply , the buildings that fit together , the combos that turn your plans upside down . And then you realize you're inside a little strategic gem.
We were struck by the psychological tension: you watch your opponents, try to read their intentions , bluff, raise, hope it goes as you expected. But often it doesn't. And then you have to reinvent yourself.
Business expansions , unlockable powers , productive combos ... everything plays out simultaneously, without waiting, but with intelligence . And solo? The automaton's AI is just bad enough, and requires a lot of planning if you want to surpass the 500D required to win.
Compania is a game that convinced us at the table, but won us over on the table. A title that makes you feel like you're constantly growing , with the thinnest of margins between genius and disaster. Exactly what a budget game should be.
