In Money!, it doesn't matter who has the most cards. It's who charges the best price . A board game of simultaneous auctions, currency speculation, and set collection , designed by Reiner Knizia, where the goal is clear: obtain the highest value possible... without ending up with a handful of yuan.
Each round takes place simultaneously: everyone secretly chooses a bid to play, then reveals it. Whoever places the highest bid takes one of the available lots, or even an opponent's stake. But be careful: having money isn't enough; you have to have the right ones . Some currencies are collectible, others provide bonuses if completed. And certain combos can help you make the leap.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Goal: Become the richest… in as many currencies as possible.
In Money!, your goal is to obtain combinations of currency cards that will earn you the most points possible at the end of the game. Each currency has cards worth 20 to 60, and there are also 10-point coins that always count positively. Not all currencies are created equal… but they can all be used to your advantage!
2. You play in simultaneous auctions… with the same money!
Each round, players choose which cards from their hand to bid . Everyone reveals their cards simultaneously. The highest bidder chooses whether to take one of the two public "bids" or steal another player's bid . Then it's the second-highest bidder's turn, and so on. Once the auction is resolved, the public areas are filled with new cards.
3. Each card can be either currency or offering. Choose wisely.
The beauty of Money! is that the cards used to bid are the same ones used to score points . If you use too many strong cards to bid, you lose them. But if you don't use them, you might not get better combinations. The balance between risk and opportunity is at the heart of every choice.
4. The final score rewards series, but penalizes leftovers.
At the end of the game, each currency only gives you points if you have at least 200 worth of that currency. If you have less than 200, take that value and subtract 100 points . A bonus of 100 points is added if you have all three 20s or all three 30s of a currency. Coins are always worth their face value.

Each game lasts about 15-30 minutes and involves 2 to 5 players in a series of simultaneous auctions , where each card can be worth a lot… or cause you to lose everything.
Players must collect currencies by trying to surpass the 200 point threshold for each set and get bonuses for collecting all three denominations of 20 or 30.
With the ability to steal other players' bids , take cards from the center , or regain your own , decisions are quick but intense, and the game requires eye, timing, and steady nerves .
