Welcome to 1920s England, where good manners are measured in porcelain and pastries. In Elevenses – Pocket Line Edition , each player is a refined socialite busy preparing the most impeccable eleven o'clock tea of the day. But beware: behind every ironed napkin lies a strategic move!
With an identical deck of 11 cards, you'll have to manage your hand and arrange the tea courses in the correct order. Each card has a point value and a special effect, which can turn the entire game on its head. The secret? The weakest cards have the strongest powers. When you think you have the perfect setup, play the "Elevenses" card... and hope your tea is the most inviting of all.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. 11 o'clock tea is a matter of prestige.
Welcome to the elegant salons of the 1920s, where Elevenses puts players in the shoes of impeccable aristocrats competing to serve the best mid-morning tea . It's not enough to be polite: you have to plan cleverly, play your cards right, and... serve first!
2. 11 cards to build your perfect tea.
Everyone starts with the same deck of 11 cards , but every choice changes everything. Cards have point values and special powers : the lower a card, the more powerful the effect it unleashes. But be careful, each card must be played in a specific position on your table... and each new card forces you to remove the one already there. A little puzzle served with a fine cup and a twist.
3. Only he who calls tea at the right time can win.
When you're ready, you can play the " Elevenses " card and declare it's tea time. The scores are compared, and whoever has the most delicious table gets the points. But if you call for tea too early, you might end up served. Whoever gets to 7 points wins... but only after having picked the right tea-time !
4. Special guests with... eccentric tastes.
This version also includes the expansion The Special Guests : each round, you'll have a secret guest who'll come to your tea only if you serve what he or she loves. Find out who they are, get the right combination, and enjoy bonus points: good manners are important, but knowing the count's tastes makes all the difference.
