FroGames — Moments You'll Remember
Some land on their feet, some face down, some standing on their heads. And from there, it starts again: running, pushing, laughing. Until the perfect dive.
WHAT IT'S ABOUT
Your meeples on vacation: three days of aquatic chaos
Designed by Dino DiBlasio for Play to Z, Meeple Vacation: Water Park answers the question no one ever asked: what do meeples do when their shift ends? They go on vacation, of course. To a water park. And yes, there really is a giant 3D slide in the middle of the table.
Each day begins by launching your meeple down the slide. How it lands determines what you can do: standing, lying down, vertical. Then you send the family to the Arcade, push rivals down the Plunge, race on the Slip & Slide, fill rafts in the jungle, float in the Lazy River, and make perfect dives to maximize points. Three days of vacation, a ton of laughs.
What they say abroad
Where worker placement becomes vacation placement: physics, chaos, and flying meeples.

Every landing is an opportunity. Every pose unlocks something new. Every splash is worth a lot.

Meeple Vacation: Water Park
Your arsenal
What you find inside the water park
The Giant Slide
The heart of the game. Each turn you launch your meeple down the ramp. How it lands (standing, lying down, vertical) determines what actions you can take. It's physics applied to fun.
The Arcade
You send your meeples to win prizes: special cards that give you advantages during the game. The more you win, the more options you have. But spaces are limited.
The Plunge
The nastiest area of the park: you can push rivals into it to make them lose points. And yes, they can do the same to you. Revenge guaranteed.
The Photocards
Secret vacation memories: objective cards that give you points at the end of the game if you meet the conditions. Keep them hidden and play accordingly.
After three days of vacation, you'll have a story to tell. And you'll probably want revenge for that Plunge dive.

A five-moment game
What happens at the table
Not the rules. The experience.
The first slide
Everyone slides their meeple down the ramp. Some land perfectly upright, some on their belly, some vertically on their head. Laughter erupts immediately. No one expected to play a worker placement game with physics.
The first revenge
Someone takes a crucial spot at the Arcade. Someone else pushes them off the Plunge as punishment. The table shouts. From then on, it's open warfare, but with a smile.
The race on the Slip & Slide
Mid-game. Someone is accumulating points in races, someone else is focusing entirely on perfect dives. Strategies are taking shape, but a bad landing can ruin everything.
The legendary cannonball
Someone makes a perfect dive and maximizes points. The table applauds. That's the moment that will stay in the memory of the evening, more than the victory itself.
The last day of vacation
Third round, last slide. Photocards are revealed, points are counted. Someone wins by a hair, someone else vows revenge next time. The rematch is already being discussed.
How to play
The flow of each day
Each turn is a cycle: slide, poses, actions. Three days of this.
You slide your meeple down the physical slide. How it lands determines which spaces you can use this turn: standing, lying down, or vertical.
Classic worker placement, but with poses. You send your family members to the spaces allowed by your pose: Arcade, Plunge, Slip & Slide, Lazy River, Jungle Raft.
Each zone has a different action: win prizes, push rivals, race for points, fill rafts, relax, or make perfect dives. Some collaborate with lifeguards for extra bonuses.
After three rounds (three days of vacation), you reveal the secret Photocards, count the accumulated points, and declare the winner. Who had the best vacation?
Why it's different from others
Six elements that make the difference
3D physical slide
It's not a gimmick: it's the heart of the game. Each turn you slide your meeple down the ramp. Physics decides how it lands, and the pose unlocks actions. It's worker placement, but with gravity.
Three poses, three strategies
Land standing? Go to the Arcade. Lying down? Lazy River and Plunge. Vertical? Slip & Slide and Jungle Raft. Each pose opens different paths. Adapt or plan, never both.
Nasty (but fun) interaction
The Plunge allows you to push rivals off the edge to make them lose points. It's the only worker placement where revenge is an official mechanic. And everyone uses it.
Modular double-sided board
Each module has two completely different sides. Change setup, change park. Immediate replayability without buying expansions.
Secret Photocards
Hidden objectives that give you extra points at the end of the game. They guide you without restricting you. And no one knows what you're chasing until you reveal everything.
Perfect cannonballs
Dives allow you to accumulate massive points if you coordinate actions well. But it requires timing, space, and a bit of luck. When you succeed, the table applauds.
How it ends
How to win and how to lose
Three days of vacation, then the points are counted. Who had the best park experience?
Victory
- Maximize points from perfect cannonball dives
- Complete secret Photocards for final bonuses
- Accumulate prizes from the Arcade and win races on the Slip & Slide
Slips and falls
- Always landing in the wrong pose and failing to perform key actions
- Getting pushed off the Plunge too often and losing points
- Ignoring Photocards and playing without a plan: others overtake you in the end
A family game where physics matters as much as strategy, and where every landing can change everything. Light, fast, perfect for evenings where laughter is the real goal.
Frequently asked questions
Meeple Vacation: Water Park FAQ
Is the slide really necessary or is it just a gimmick?
It's the heart of the game. Each turn you slide your meeple down the ramp, and how it lands determines what actions you can take. It's not just scenic: it's pure mechanics. Without the slide, the game doesn't work.
How long does a full game last?
Three rounds (three days of vacation), approximately 40-50 minutes total. Quick setup, immediate rules. It's designed to be light and replayable in the same evening.
Does it work well with 2 players or do you need a full table?
It works for 2 to 4, but the nasty interaction (pushing each other off the Plunge, stealing spaces) explodes with 3-4 players. With 2, it's more tactical, less chaotic. It depends on what you're looking for.
Is it really suitable for children aged 8 and up?
Yes. The rules are simple, the theme is immediate, the slide is spectacular. Children understand everything in 10 minutes and have more fun than adults. Perfect for mixed families.
Is it available in Italian?
This edition is in English. The text on the cards is minimal and the game is very visual: with a quick translation of the Photocards (available online), it becomes fully accessible even to non-English speakers.
