In House of Cats, every roll of the dice is a step towards the home of your dreams… or rather, your inner cat lady. 🐱 A surprisingly clever family roll-and-write game where you'll have to build number rooms to access bonuses, special powers, and deadly score multipliers.
Each turn, you roll the dice and write: simple. But be careful, matching numbers must be grouped together, and only "perfect" groups (e.g., three 3s, four 4s, etc.) form actual rooms. Each completed room activates unique powers and abilities to be used in subsequent turns. And as if that weren't enough, each game is played with four random abilities chosen from 12 available: replayability is sky-high!
It's all topped off with cats and mice that add rules and different ways to score points, depending on the level you choose. Few rules, a lot of brains, and adorable graphics. House of Cats is perfect for those who love quick but original games, even for solo play.

🐸 HOW TO PLAY
1. Complete your tables with kitten-shaped tiles.
Each player has a board with spaces to fill. Each turn, they select a "cat" tile from a shared display and place it on their board, using shapes and colors to fill empty spaces.
2. Combine colors and shapes to get bonuses
When a tile is placed adjacent to cats of the same color or shape, immediate bonuses are activated: fish (resources for obtaining special tiles) or objective points. Exploiting these combinations increases your yield.
3. Use carpet tiles to get permanent power-ups
Each player can use the fish they collect to purchase carpet tiles (similar to jokers) that provide additional powers: replacing cats, rotating tiles, or getting more fish. A useful addition to improving your engine.
4. Each turn, choose strategically to improve your collection
The number of available tiles decreases as other players take them. Planning when to take key cats or collect fish is essential for competitiveness and game flow.
5. Whoever gets the most harmonious collection wins
At the end, the completed cats, color or shape bonuses, purchased carpet tiles, and any secret objectives are counted. Whoever has skillfully combined color, shape, and strategy wins the House of Cats !
