What it's about
Duels between demigods in the world of Argaia
After ten years of battles, the Ashes system is reborn. Ashes Ascendancy is the new entry point to the saga and the direct continuation of Ashes Reborn: take control of a Phoenixborn, a demigod and protector of the world of Argaia, and face your opponent in a duel of cards and dice.
You don't just draw a random deck: you build it before the game and know it by heart. You roll your basic dice and then spend them as a resource to cast spells, summon units, and activate powers. Ashes Ascendancy introduces two new magic types, new enemies, and three ways to play — head-to-head, solo, or cooperatively.
Designed by Nick Conley based on the system created by Isaac Vega, with illustrations by Ade Surya and the Plaid Hat Games team. The core box is complete and fully compatible with the entire Ashes Reborn collection.
