FroGames — Moments You'll Remember
It's not about who knows the most. It's about who understands what others will think. And at the end of the table, you always find someone who thinks completely differently from you.
WHAT IT'S ABOUT
The party game where what the table thinks matters
Nathan Thornton creates a party game that overturns the classic quiz logic: the winner isn't the one with the best, most intelligent, or funniest answer. The winner is the one who writes the answer that others will also write. Published in 2022 by 25th Century Games and brought to Italy by Ghenos Games, with illustrations by Matt Paquette & Co., the game works for 3 to 12 players and lasts exactly 15 minutes.
Each round everyone answers the same question — fill in a blank space, choose between two options, answer a multiple-choice question. Whoever gives the most popular answer joins the Green Team and earns points. Whoever remains isolated ends up in the Orange Team. The goal is not to think outside the box: it's to think exactly within the table's framework.
What they say abroad
Thinking like the group is harder than it seems. And more fun.

Vincono i verdi
The three question types
75 questions, divided into three formats
Fill in the blank
Open-ended questions where you write a word to complete a sentence. E.g. 'The best Italian city is ___'. Total freedom makes everything more unpredictable.
This or That
Two clear options, you have to choose one. E.g. 'Dog or cat?', 'Summer or winter?'. Seems easy, then you discover half the table chose the opposite.
Multiple choice
Four possible options, only one answer. Here the group tends to divide more, and figuring out which will be the majority becomes a gamble.
Random setup
Each game you draw 5 cards of each type and shuffle them. 15 questions in total, always in a different order. The variety is very high even after many games.
Recommended sleeves 210 cards in 1 size ▼
If you play often, we recommend protecting your cards with clear sleeves to make them last longer.
| Size | Quantity |
|---|---|
| 63 × 88 mm | 210 |
| Total cards | 210 |
In fifteen minutes, you'll know if you think like your friends or if you're completely out of step. And you'll laugh either way.
A game in five moments
What happens at the table
Not the rules. The experience.
First question, everyone confident
Read the question aloud, everyone writes their answer. No one doubts. The answer seems obvious. Then you reveal the answers and discover that the table has split into three different groups.
Team Green forms
Those who gave the majority answer join Team Green and score 1 point. The others go to Orange and glare at the winners. The psychological reading of the group begins.
Change of strategy
Mid-game, you understand who at the table thinks like you and who thinks differently. You start writing answers predicting what others will write, not what you think. It works. Sometimes.
Absurd question
A ridiculous question comes up ('The best nickname for a panda is ___') and the table explodes into eight different answers. No one joins Green. Everyone laughs at everyone else's answer.
Last question, counts double
Round 15, those who stay in Green earn 2 points instead of 1. Those who were behind have one last chance. Everyone writes the most obvious answer possible. Half the table still gets it wrong. The person who stayed in Green the longest wins.
How to play
The flow of each round
Each round is identical: question, simultaneous answer, comparison, scoring. 15 rounds total.
One player reads the round's question aloud. Everyone hears it simultaneously. No one speaks.
Everyone secretly writes their answer on their sheet. Free time, no timer. When everyone is done, you proceed.
Everyone reveals their answer simultaneously. Count which answer was written by the most players.
Those who have the majority answer enter or remain in Team Green. Those who were Green and remain there earn 2 points. Those who enter from Orange earn 1 point. The others remain at zero.
Why it's different from others
Six mechanics that make a difference
The right answer doesn't matter
There is no correct answer. No culture, intelligence, or speed is needed. Only thinking like the group matters. The least experienced player can win if they understand the table.
Dynamic teams
You don't choose your team: you end up there based on your answer. You can change teams every round. Moving from Orange to Green is worth points. Staying in Green is worth double.
Zero downtime
Everyone plays all the time, simultaneously. You don't wait for your turn, no one is thinking while others watch. 15 rounds in 15 minutes, never a dull moment.
Scales perfectly
Works for 3 to 12 players without rule changes. With more players, it's easier to find allies. With fewer, it's harder to predict the majority.
Replayability from setup
75 questions divided into 3 decks. Each game uses only 15 (5 per deck). The order is random. Even playing 10 times in a row, you'll never see the same sequence.
Psychology more than logic
The game doesn't reward those who answer best. It rewards those who can read the group. With close friends, it becomes a prediction contest. With strangers, it becomes accelerated getting-to-know-you.
How it ends
How to win and how to lose
Exactly 15 rounds are played. At the end, the player with the most total points wins.
Victory
- Staying in Team Green for the most rounds (2 points each time you stay)
- Entering Green from Orange as much as possible (1 point each time)
- Getting the majority answer right in the last rounds, when everyone is looking for the obvious
Elimination or defeat
- Staying in Team Orange too many consecutive rounds (0 points, growing gap)
- Writing answers that are too original or personal (no one shares them, you remain isolated)
- Not adapting to the group: if the table thinks differently than you, you need to change strategy
Green Team Wins is a party game that always works: fast, inclusive, fun. You don't need to know how to play, you need to know how to read people. And in the end, you always discover something new about the group.
Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ about Vincono i verdi (Green Team Wins)
Does it also work with people who don't know each other?
Yes, in fact, that's one of its strengths. With strangers, the game becomes a social accelerator: after 15 minutes, you understand how they think, what they prefer, what stereotypes you share. Perfect as an icebreaker or for mixed gatherings.
Do I need general knowledge or specific skills?
No. The questions don't have right or wrong answers. You don't need to know dates, capitals, or rules. You only need to guess what others will think. A 10-year-old can win against experienced adults if they understand the group better.
Does it really work with 3 players?
It works, but it's at the minimum limit. With 3 players, you need at least 2 votes to have a majority, so it's harder to be isolated. The best experience starts with 5 players and up, where the group really divides and alliances become interesting.
Can it be played multiple times in a row?
Yes. Each game uses only 15 of the 75 available questions, and the order is always different. Even playing 3 consecutive games, you'll never see the same sequence. Plus, each group responds differently: the same question with different friends generates completely different answers.
Is it available in Italian?
Yes, this is the Italian edition published by Ghenos Games. Cards, rulebook, and questions are all in Italian. No knowledge of other languages is required.
