HOW TO PLAY — LET'S DIG FOR TREASURE (in 5 steps)

1) Prepare the three “Dig Stacks” and choose where to dig

Shuffle the entire deck, divide it intothree excavation pilesAnd you're all set. Each turn begins by choosing which pile to "dig up" a card from: each deck can hide incredible treasures... or unexpected disasters.

2) Dig as much as you want… but watch out for skeletons and worms!

Whenever you reveal a card, you place it in your temporary area. You can stopat any timeand secure everything you found.

But if during the same turn it comes out:

–your second Worm, or

–even just one Skeleton,

the shift ends instantly andyou lose everything you dugso far. Pure push-your-luck.

3) Use powers and combos to change the game

Many cards have special effects: stealing treasures from others, protecting you from Skeletons withLoyal Dogs, inflict penalties with theSewer Lines, or even reverse fate thanks to absurd artifacts like theCrown of the Lich LordorSkwirmz the Worm GodEvery revelation can turn into a tactical advantage or a bonus point combo.

4) Manage risks, opportunism and annoyances to opponents

DecideWhenStopping is the essence of the game. Do you keep going to chase higher scores?

Or do you stop early so as not to risk losing everything?

Additionally, some cards allow you todownload negative effectson other players, creating the fun chaos that defines the game's identity.

5) When a Dig Stack runs out, the game ends and the points are counted.

As soon as one of the three decks runs out, the game ends.

Each player adds the value of his safe cards, applies anyset bonus(Milk + Cookies, combos of rare items, special artifacts) and whoever scores the most points becomes the best “archaeologist” of the table.
