1. Choose a new leader and forge your lineage.
The Lineages expansion introduces new Leaders to Dune: Imperium (and Uprising), each with unique abilities and stronger thematic ties to their House. New cards and powers expand strategic possibilities from the start, encouraging players to specialize and build around their Lineage .
2. Recruit the Sardaukar and strengthen your military might.
Among the most impactful new additions are Sardaukar Commanders , powerful military allies you can recruit to gain tactical advantages on the battlefield. This adds depth to the competition for military control, making conflict decisions even more crucial in this strategic, combative board game .
3. Leverage new technologies and bargaining power.
Lineages includes new Technology Tiles that offer permanent bonuses and new synergies. Additionally, Contracts introduce new challenges and rewards, allowing you to further customize your strategy during the game. A breath of fresh air for fans of deckbuilding with management elements .
4. Expand your deck with exciting new cards.
