Tango is a trick-taking game for just two players , where every card played is a step on the dance floor… and every move your opponent makes can put you out of time. It's an elegant but ruthless challenge: it takes two to tango , sure, but in the end only one will be crowned master of the dance.
2. Cards on the table, tension hidden.
Each player has a private hand and a display hand visible to their opponent , and can play cards from either. This creates a mental dance of intuition, bluffing, and anticipation. You know what the other player can do… but you don't know when they will. And with every trick, the rhythm changes.
3. The perfect balance between planning and improvisation.
To win, you need to get the most advantageous tricks , carefully choosing the right moment to play each card. An elegant hybrid between the rigor of classic tango and the brazen improvisation of Argentine milongas. Each game lasts less than 20 minutes, but it leaves its mark.
